Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Providence, RI)

Greenridge Cedar Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Providence. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
