Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Portland, OR)

Amberfield Harbor Farms Group is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on after-hours coverage for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people based in Portland. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
