Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Mill Environmental Services Associates and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
