Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Ivory Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of client sites. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
