Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Omaha, NE)

Bluepeak Quill Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Omaha. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of about 986 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
