Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Nashville, TN)

Bright Harbor Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Nashville. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of about 881 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
