Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Minneapolis, MN)

Westbrook Mill Environmental Services Partners collects and processes waste and recycling around Minneapolis, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of weigh tickets. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
