Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Miami, FL)

Lumen Technologies is an inspection company in Miami with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Miami. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software.
