Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Miami, FL)

Ironwood Hollow Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Miami, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
