Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Louisville, KY)

Stonegate Keystone Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Louisville, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of landfill records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
