Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Louisville, KY)

Highbridge Umber Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Louisville with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
