Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Umber Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of about 712 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
