Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Indianapolis, IN)

Redstone Ashton Inspection Services is an inspection company in Indianapolis with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of equipment calibration. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
