Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Houston, TX)

Redstone Inspection Services is an inspection company in Houston with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of test reports. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
