Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Keystone Environmental Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
