Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Honolulu, HI)

Bluepeak Ivory Inspection Services Partners provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Honolulu, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
