Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Honolulu, HI)

Westbrook Basin Inspection Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on after-hours coverage for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
