Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ashton Inspection Services Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
