Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Honolulu, HI)

Bright Cedar Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Honolulu, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
