Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Linden Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Fort Worth, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling claims on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of claims. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
