Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Denver, CO)

Greenridge Cedar Farms is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on after-hours coverage for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 223 people based in Denver. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of seasonal crews. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
