Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Denver, CO)

Northwind Forge Inspection Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on after-hours coverage for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Denver. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
