Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Dallas, TX)

Bluepeak Harbor Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Dallas with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
