Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Columbus, OH)

Northwind Ivory Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Columbus. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
