Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Fern Inspection Services Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of about 409 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of test reports. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
