Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Lumen Keystone Environmental Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
