Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Meridian Inspection Services Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
