Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Boston, MA)

Fernwood Keystone Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Boston. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of harvest schedules. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
