Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Boston, MA)

Stonegate Drift Inspection Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on after-hours coverage for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 815 people based in Boston. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
