Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Baltimore, MD)

Rivermark West Inspection Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on after-hours coverage for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
