Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Mill Freight is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on after-hours coverage for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling claims on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
