Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Anchorage, AK)

Bright Birch Inspection Services is an inspection company in Anchorage with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
