Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Wichita, KS)

Amberfield Mill Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Wichita working with agencies and riders, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in accessibility audits and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
