Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Wichita, KS)

Amberfield Juniper Hospitality is a hospitality company in Wichita with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
