Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Wichita, KS)

Foxglove Vista Markets is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in shrink and waste and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on store inventory. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
