Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Summit Maple Community Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 328 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Investigate trends in benefits enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on volunteer shifts.
