Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Wichita, KS)

Summit Bright Housing Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in repair requests and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on resident services. • Python or R for analysis.
