Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Wichita, KS)

Ironwood Nest Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Wichita, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in tuition and subsidies and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
