Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Wichita, KS)

Foxglove Haven Medical designs and makes medical devices in Wichita. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in regulatory submissions and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
