Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Wichita, KS)

Clearpath Iron Early Learning Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on meal programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
