Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tulsa, OK)

Greenridge Cross Environmental Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Investigate trends in service complaints and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
