Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tulsa, OK)

Nova Analytics is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in resident events and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
