Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tulsa, OK)

Fernwood Granite Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Tulsa region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in timekeeping and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on onboarding. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
