Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Cedar Vista Learning Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in student accounts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on attendance records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
