Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tulsa, OK)

Bright Ashton Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Tulsa with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in fraud alerts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
