Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tulsa, OK)

Summit Lantern Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Tulsa. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in parts orders and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on vehicle inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
