Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tulsa, OK)

Greenridge Nest Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in unit turnovers and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on rent collection. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
