Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Tucson, AZ)

Cedar Nest Financial Holdings is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in customer onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on loan applications. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
