Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Toledo, OH)

Silverline Quarry Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Toledo with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 128 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on collection routes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
