Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ember Auto Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in service appointments and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
